Purchases from reseller and distributors may require the product owner to register and activate the warranty. Please complete the warranty registration within 14 days post purchase date.

The warranty does not cover :

• Normal wear and tear, including parts that may wear out over time (e.g. filter)
• Accidental damage
• Damages as a result of use not in accordance with the product specification
• Damages caused by not carrying out the recommended maintenance
• Damages from external sources such as weather, power surges, electrical outages, transits
• Failures caused by misuse, careless operation, negligent use
• Use of the product which are in accordance with the Operating Manual
• Use of parts and accessories which are not supplied by BH PRO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED
• Use of parts not assembled or installed according to the Operating Manual

The warranty applies to products purchased directly and solely from BH PRO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED. The products under warranty period and normal use will be considered for repair and replacement service options.

The replaced or repaired parts shall become the property of BH PRO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED. The period of warranty will not be extended to cover the time to repair and replace the units nor the warranty will be extended.

Purchases directly from BH PRO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED is pre-registered before sending them to you.
